HARVEY'S APPLE PIE 
1 c. sugar
1/2 c. fresh orange juice
1 can Comstock apples, drained
4 tart shells

Bake tart shells 5 minutes 375 degrees until just set.

Bring all other ingredients to a boil and cook until apples turn light and clear. Pour into the tart shells. Make lattice if you care to. 475 degree oven 5 minutes then reduce to 350 degrees until pastry is golden.
