PINEAPPLE STUFFING 
1 stick butter
1 c. sugar
4 eggs
1 lg. crushed pineapple
7 slices bread

Cream butter and sugar. Beat in eggs. Add drained pineapple, stir in bread cubes. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. (I cook it covered for 1/2 hour and uncovered for 1/2 hour to brown the top.)

Very complimentary with holiday ham. Can be mixed night before and refrigerated to save time.
