PINEAPPLE STUFFING 
1/2 c. butter
1 c. sugar
4 eggs
1 can crushed pineapple with juice (1 lb. 14 oz. can)
5 c. white bread cubes, no crust

Cream butter and sugar. Beat in eggs, one at a time. Stir in pineapple. Fold in bread. Let sit for 15 minutes. Bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 1 hour. 6 servings.
