TACO TWIST 
2 c. cooked macaroni twist noodles
1/4 c. sour cream
1/4 c. shredded cheddar cheese
1 lb. ground beef
12 oz. can tomato sauce
1 pkg. taco seasoning
1 chopped green pepper

Mix macaroni, sour cream and cheddar cheese. Place on the bottom of baking dish. Brown ground beef and drain, add tomato sauce, green pepper, and seasoning mix to beef in pan. Simmer for 2 minutes. Spread on top of macaroni layer. Top with additional shredded cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. This is a great recipe for your own variations. May also use taco chips for spoons.
