CLAY (NOT TO BE EATEN) 
2 c. plain flour
2 c. water
1 c. salt
4 tsp. cream of tartar
2 tbsp. oil
Food coloring (optional)

Mix all ingredients. Cook on low heat 5 minutes. Divide into several parts and add food coloring. Turn out on waxed paper and knead several times. Store in zip-lock bags.
