FRUIT PIZZA 
1/2 c. powdered sugar
3/4 c. soft butter
1 1/2 c. flour

Mix and spread onto a 12 inch buttered pizza pan. Bake 15 minutes at 350 degrees or until lightly brown. Let cool.

FILLING:

8 oz. soft cream cheese
1/2 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla

Beat and spread on top of cool crust.

FRUIT:

Kiwi
Blueberr ies
Raspberries
Strawberries
Canned, chunk pineapple

Slice strawberries and kiwi. Arrange the fruit in a design on top of cream cheese mixture.

GLAZE:

1 1/2 tbsp. cornstarch
1 c. liquid (drained pineapple juice and water)
1/2 c. sugar
1 tsp. lemon juice

(Use a little more for a thicker glaze, but the less you use, the clearer the glaze.)

Boil until thick. Let cool. Spread glaze over the top of pizza (lay it on there thick!). Refrigerate for 2 hours.
