SWEET `N SOUR CHICKEN BREASTS 
4-5 boned chicken breasts
1 beaten egg
1/2 c. cornstarch
1 tsp. garlic powder
1 tsp. salt
1/4 c. chicken broth
1/4 c. catsup
3/4 c. sugar
1/2 c. cider vinegar
1 1/2 tbsp. soy sauce

Dip chicken in egg; mix cornstarch and garlic. Dip chicken in cornstarch mixture. In frypan, brown chicken in vegetable oil. Make sauce of remaining ingredients. Place meat in 10 x 10 inch baking pan. Bake at 375 degrees until tender. (To thicken sauce, heat on a burner with a little cornstarch.)
