CHERRY CREAM CHEESE PIE | |
1 graham cracker crust 8 oz. pkg. cream cheese, softened 14 oz. can sweetened condensed milk 1/3 c. lemon juice 1 tsp. vanilla 21 oz. can cherry pie filling Let cream cheese stand at room temperature until light and fluffy; beat in medium bowl, slowly add sweetened condensed milk; beat until smooth. Stir in lemon juice and vanilla until mixed. Pour into crust. Chill 3 hours until firm and top with cherry pie filling. Makes 1 pie. May substitute any fruit pie filling. |
