ITALIAN CHEESE CAKE 
2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
3 eggs
1 1/2 c. sugar
6 oz. sour cream
1 lb. ricotta cheese
3/4 stick butter
3 tbsp. flour
3 tbsp. cornstarch
2 tsp. vanilla
2 tsp. lemon juice

Cream sugar and cream cheese and ricotta; then add eggs, melt butter, add butter and lemon juice. After all is mixed, add sour cream. Pour into greased pan. Bake 325 degrees for 1 hour. Turn off oven, let cake stay in oven for 1/2 hour.
