1 c. milk
1 c. sugar (divided)
3 tbsp. Crisco
2 eggs
5-6 c. flour
4 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. nutmeg

Cream Crisco and 1/2 cup sugar. Beat eggs with other 1/2 cup sugar. Combine and add dry ingredients. Roll, cut and fry until golden brown, turning once.
