CHOLESTEROL-FREE RICE PUDDING | |
1 c. Minute Rice 1 1/4 c. Milnot and 1 1/4 c. water mixed 1/4 tsp. salt 1/4 tsp. cinnamon 1/2 c. sugar 1/4 c. raisins 2/3 c. cholesterol-free egg product Combine all ingredients. Cook, stirring constantly until mixture boils, lower heat and boil for 15 minutes stirring often. Combine egg product with some of hot mixture, stirring rapidly. Add rest of mixture, stirring quickly. Makes 4 servings. |
