ELVIS PRESLEY CAKE | |
1 box butter cake mix 1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple 2 c. sugar Make cake according to box directions. Mix pineapple with juice and sugar. Bring this mixture to a boil for 3 minutes. While the cake is still very warm, take the end of a wooden spoon and punch lots of holes in the cake. Pour pineapple mixture over the cake. Refrigerate until cool. Icing: 1/2 c. butter 1 (8 oz.) cream cheese 1/2 c. pecans 1 box powdered sugar Cream butter and cream cheese. Add powdered sugar. Beat until creamy. Add pecans to top. |
