MOCHA OATMEAL 
1 cup milk (your choice: dairy, soy, or almond)
1/2 cup oats
1 tbsp. agave
1 tbsp. unsweetened Cocoa powder
1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
1/4 tsp. strong instant coffee powder (such as Starbucks dark/bold roasted)

Heat milk in a small pot on the stove and add oatmeal, agave, cocoa powder, and coffee powder.

Cook according to stove top directions on your oatmeal package or simmer until desired consistency is achieved. This will take about 8 to 10 minutes for old fashioned oats.

Finally stir vanilla extract in and transfer oatmeal to a small bowl. Let cool for 5 minutes and enjoy!
