CRANBERRY PECAN BREAD | |
1 1/2 c. chopped pecans 1 1/2 c. cranberries 1 1/2 c. sugar 3 c. flour 4 1/2 tsp. baking powder 1/2 tsp. salt 1/2 c. vegetable shortening 2 tsp. grated lemon rind 2 eggs 1 c. milk Mix all ingredients well. Pour into 9-inch greased angel cake pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour and 10 minutes. Store overnight to mellow flavors. |
