PRETZEL SALAD 
FIRST LAYER:

3 1/2 c. crushed pretzels
3/4 c. mayonnaise
3 tbsp. brown sugar

Mix well and press into 9x13 inch pan. Bake for 10 to 15 minutes at 350 degrees. Chill.

SECOND LAYER:

8 oz. cream cheese
1 c. sugar
1 sm. carton Cool Whip

Mix together and spread over first layer.

THIRD LAYER:

1 lg. strawberry or orange Jello
2 c. boiling water

Mix and congeal slightly. Pour over 2 layers. Then place 2 cans drained mandarin oranges and 1 pint fresh sliced strawberries on strawberry Jello.
