RICH WHITE CHOCOLATE FROSTING 
4 oz. white chocolate
3/4 c. confectioners' sugar
Dash salt
2 tbsp. butter
1 tsp. vanilla

Melt chocolate; blend in confectioners' sugar, salt and butter, 1 tablespoon at a time, beating thoroughly after each. Stir in vanilla. (For more, use 1 cup confectioners' sugar and 4 tablespoons hot water.)
