1 pkg. instant French vanilla pudding
1 c. buttermilk
1 can mandarin oranges
1 pkg. fudge stripe cookies
1 container Cool Whip

Mix pudding and buttermilk. Add oranges, fold in Cool Whip. Crumble cookies and fold in. Save some to decorate top. Double to feed a crowd.
