1 c. whipping cream
1 tbsp. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla extract
1 (3 1/2 oz.) pkg. instant vanilla pudding mix
1 c. milk
1 tbsp. orange flavored liqueur (optional)
3 medium Dole bananas, peeled and sliced

8 inch chocolate cookie pie crust. Whip cream with sugar and vanilla until stiff. Combine pudding mix and milk in blender; stir until thick. Fold together whipped cream, pudding, liqueur, and bananas. Turn into pie crust. Refrigerate until ready to serve. Garnish with banana slices, if desired. Serves 6.
