THE NEVIS BANANA 
2 med. bananas
2 c. crushed ice
1/4 c. + 2 tbsp. banana liqueur
1/4 c. white creme de cacao
1/8 c. white rum
1/4 c. chilled whipping cream
Nutmeg
Additional whipped cream for garnish

Combine bananas, ice, banana liqueur, creme de cacao and rum in blender. Puree until smooth. Add 1/4 cup cream. Pour mixture into 2 tall glasses. Top with whipped cream and sprinkle with nutmeg. Serve immediately.
