STUFFING 
1 lg. Challah, cut into 1" pieces
(You can use any leftover challah or bread, too)
1 lg. piece celery, diced
1 lg. (or 2 sm.) carrots, diced
1 lg. onion, diced
1 can chicken broth
1-2 cans water
1/2 tsp. onion powder
1/2 tsp. paprika
1/2 tsp. parsley
1/2 tsp. pepper
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. basil
(Or any spices you like)

Mix all ingredients together (using your hands works best) until bread is moist and doughy, but not soggy. Stuff into 1 turkey or 2 chickens or bake in a casserole for 1 hour at 350 degrees.
