2 c. plain flour
2 sticks butter
1 c. chopped pecans
Melt butter and fold into flour. Add 1 cup of chopped pecans and press mixture in pizza pan. Bake at 350 degrees until brown and then cool. Cream 8 ounces cream cheese, 3 cups of powdered sugar until smooth. Add 12 ounces Cool Whip. Put into crust.
Mix 1 cup sugar, 1 cup water and 3 tablespoons cornstarch together and bring to a boil. Boil until mixture is clear. Cool a bit. Add 1 small strawberry Jello. Cool in refrigerator. Add 2 pints of fresh strawberries, cut up and mix with Jello. Put on top of other mixture. Keep covered in refrigerator. DELICIOUS!
