CIDER BAKED SQUASH 
2 med. acorn squash, sliced into 1 inch circles and seeds removed
1/2 c. apple cider
1/4 c. packed brown sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. ground cinnamon
1/8 tsp. ground mace

Place squash in a 15 x 10 x 1 inch baking pan. Pour cider over squash. Combine all remaining ingredients and sprinkle on top. Cover with foil. Bake at 325 degrees for 45 minutes or until squash is tender. 6 servings.
