1 stack of Ritz crackers (makes 18)
1/2 - 3/4 c. peanut butter (creamy or chunky)
1/2 lb. chocolate coating

Make sandwiches of peanut butter and 2 Ritz crackers. Melt chocolate coating in microwave 1 minute at a time (full power), stirring after each minute. Dip sandwich in coating, turning over to coat evenly. Place on waxed paper to cool. May be topped with a Christmas candy and placed in paper fluted cupcake liners.
