RAYMOND AND JANET'S DEER HAM 
1 - 1/2 venison ham
Kitchen Bouquet
Bacon strips

Remove all deer fat and membranes. Pierce deer repeatedly with fork. Rub liberal amounts of Kitchen Bouquet in deer ham and soak ham allowing 1/4 of Kitchen Bouquet to stand in the bottom of the baking pan. Place ham in pan and cover ham with bacon strips. Cook deer ham the same length of time as equivalent to beef roast.
