SLOW OVEN STEW | |
1 to 2 lbs. beef stew meat, cut into bite size pieces 1 sm. can tomatoes 1 c. celery, cut into lg. pieces 6 carrots, cut into lg. pieces 2 onions, cut up 2 potatoes, cut up 2 tsp. salt Pepper to taste 4 tbsp. instant tapioca 1 tbsp. sugar 1/2 c. red wine Mix all ingredients. Cover and bake in 250 degree oven for 5-6 hours. Do not brown meat. |
