OVEN STEW 
2 lb. stew meat
1 c. celery
1 1/2 c. carrots (diced)
2 potatoes (diced)
No. 2 can stewed tomatoes
5 tbsp. minute tapioca
1 c. red wine (I use water)
Salt and pepper

Mix well and put in well greased pan with tight lid. Bake at 250 degrees for 5 hours. No peeking.
