GRANOLA CEREAL | |
1 (42 oz.) pkg. quick rolled oats 1 (12 oz.) jar wheat germ 1 (15 oz.) pkg. raisins 2 c. vegetable oil 1 c. brown sugar 1 c. honey 2 c. shredded coconut 1 tbsp. vanilla 1/2 c. chopped almonds 3 tbsp. cinnamon Combine all ingredients in shallow pan. Bake 1 1/2 hours at 200 to 250 degrees. Stir every 15 minutes. Cool and store in covered containers in a cool dry place. Serve as a snack, or with cold milk as a cereal. |
