PLAY DOUGH 
1 c. all-purpose flour
1/2 c. table salt
2 tsp. cream of tartar
1 tbsp. vegetable oil
1 c. water, colored or plain

Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly 3 or 4 minutes. Remove from heat and allow to cool to room temperature. This may be stored in refrigerator for several weeks if kept in tightly sealed container.
