RAISIN BRAN MUFFINS 
4 eggs
2 1/2 c. sugar
1 c. vegetable oil
1 qt. buttermilk
5 c. flour
5 tsp. baking soda
2 tsp. salt
1 (15 oz.) box Raisin Bran cereal

Mix together and store in refrigerator 6 hours before using. Bake at 375 degrees for 20 minutes. Makes three dozen muffins. (Batter keeps up to 6 weeks in refrigerator.)
