7 c. low fat dry milk
1 c. sugar
3/4 c. cocoa
1/4 tsp. salt

Mix and store dry milk, sugar, cocoa and salt in a covered container. Put desired amount of chocolate mix in a cup. Fill cup with boiling water. "Stir and enjoy."
