HOT CHICKEN SALAD 
2 c. diced, cooked chicken
1/2 c. slivered almonds
2 tbsp. or 1 sm. onion chopped
2 c. chopped celery
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 c. mayonnaise
1/2 lb. Velveeta, cubed
1 c. crushed potato chips

Combine chicken, almonds, onion, celery, seasonings and mayonnaise. Mix thoroughly and place mixture in greased 13 x 9 inch pan or baking dish. Top with cubed Velveeta cheese and potato chips. Bake 30 minutes at 375 degrees.
