EGG BAKE 
8 eggs
2 potatoes, thinly sliced
1/4 c. chopped onions
10 slices cooked bacon
1 1/2 c. shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 c. milk
Salt & pepper to taste
2 tbsp. butter

Crumble cooked bacon into bottom of baking dish. Saute onions and potatoes. Place on top of bacon. Sprinkle with cheese. Beat eggs and milk. Pour into baking dish. Bake at 375 degrees for 30 minutes or until firm. Let settle 5 minutes before serving.
