SCALLOPED CORN SUPREME | |
1 beaten egg 1 c. milk 1 c. cracker crumbs 1 (1 lb. 1 oz.) can (2 c.) cream style corn 1/4 c. finely chopped onions 3 tbsp. chopped canned pimento (optional) 1 tbsp. butter, melted Mix egg, milk, 2/3 cup crumbs, 3/4 teaspoon salt, dash of pepper. Stir in corn, onions, and pimento. Turn into 1-quart casserole. Toss melted butter with remaining crumbs. Sprinkle on top of corn mixture. Bake at 350 degrees for 65 to 70 minutes. |
