SPINACH DIP 
1 (10 oz.) pkg. chopped frozen spinach (thaw and drain and dry well)
1 sm. onion, chopped fine
1 c. water chestnuts, chopped fine
1 pkg. dry vegetable soup mix
1 c. mayonnaise
1 (8 oz.) carton sour cream
3 tbsp. Parmesan cheese
1 tsp. salt

Mix all ingredients together. Put in hollowed out Vienna or sourdough bread. Use inside pieces of bread for dipping. (Arrange around filled loaf.)
