FIERY HOT COUNTRY RIBS 
4 lbs. country style pork ribs
1 sm. onion, chopped
1 clove garlic, minced
1 tbsp. cooking oil
1 (14 oz.) bottle catsup
1/3 c. vinegar
1/4 c. molasses
1 tbsp. bottled hot pepper sauce
2 tsp. ground red pepper
1 tsp. chili powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. dry mustard

In a large saucepan cook ribs covered in enough boiling salted water to cover for 45-60 minutes or until ribs are tender; drain well.

Meanwhile, for sauce, in a medium saucepan cook onion and garlic in cooking oil until the onion is tender but not brown. Stir in catsup, vinegar, molasses, bottled red pepper, ground red pepper, chili pepper, salt and mustard. Bring mixture to a boil; reduce heat. Simmer uncovered for 15 minutes; stir occasionally.
