LOUISE'S ANGEL BISCUITS 
5 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
3 tbsp. sugar
3/4 c. vegetable shortening
1 tbsp. (pkg.) yeast
1/2 c. lukewarm water
2 c. buttermilk

Sift dry ingredients together.

Cut in shortening thoroughly. Add buttermilk and yeast dissolved in water. Mix with spoon until all flour is moistened. Cover bowl and put into refrigerator until ready to use as needed. May keep a couple of weeks. Roll out 1/2 to 3/4-inch thick on floured surface. Cut biscuits.

Bake at 400°F for 12 minutes.
