STUFFED TURKEY ROLL 
1/3 c. water
1/2 c. stuffing mix (homestyle herb or chicken)
1 lb. turkey or chicken cutlet
1 tbsp. flour
dash of pepper
3 tbsp. butter
1 1/2 tbsp. water

Bring water and 2 teaspoons butter to a boil. Stir in stuffing mix. Cover, remove from heat, let stand 5 minutes. Spoon stuffing into one end of cutlet and roll secure with wooden pick or tie with string. Combine flour and pepper then roll cutlet in flour mixture and brown evenly in small skillet. Add 1 1/2 teaspoons water, cover and reduce heat to simmer 15 to 20 minutes, turning frequently.
