CARROT BAR AND FROSTING 
2 eggs, beaten
3/4 c. cooking oil
1 c. sugar
2 sm. jars strained carrots (baby food)
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 c. chopped nuts
1 1/4 c. flour

Mix all ingredients together. When mixed well, pour into greased 9 x 13 inch pan and bake at 350 degrees for 25-30 minutes.

FROSTING:

1 1/2-2 c. powdered sugar
4 oz. cream cheese
1/4 c. butter
1 tsp. vanilla

Mix together above ingredients. Spread over bars. Cut and serve.
