CARROT BAR CAKE 
4 eggs
2 c. sugar
2 jars Junior carrots
2 c. flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
2 tsp. cinnamon
1 1/2 c. salad oil
1/2 c. chopped nuts
1/2 c. raisins

Beat eggs and add remaining ingredients in order given. Bake on a greased jelly roll pan at 350 degrees for 30 to 35 minutes.

FROSTING:

8 oz. cream cheese, softened
1 lb. confectioners' sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. butter, soft

Combine all ingredients. Mix until smooth. Spread on bars. Chill.
