STRAWBERRY PIE FILLING 
1 (3 oz.) pkg. strawberry Jello
1 c. sugar
2 heaping tbsp. cornstarch

Stir well and add 2 cups boiling water. Cook until clear, about 5 minutes, stirring constantly. Cool and add 1 quart sliced strawberries. Pour into 8 or 9 inch baked pie shell. Refrigerate.
