STRAWBERRY PIE FILLING | |
4 c. strawberries 3/4 c. water 1 c. sugar 3 tbsp. cornstarch Need 1 baked pie shell. Place 3 cups berries into baked pie shell. Simmer 1 cup berries and 3/4 cup water for few minutes. Mix together sugar and cornstarch and add to mixture. Mix will - no lumps. Cook until thick (pudding-like consistency). Pour over fresh berries. Let set in refrigerator. |
