STRAWBERRY PUFFS FILLING 
1 egg white
1/2 c. drained strawberry pulp
1/4 tsp. baking powder
1/2 c. sugar or 3/4 c. powdered sugar

ICING:

5 lg. strawberries
Few drops of lemon juice
A little sugar
1 1/2 c. powdered sugar

FILLING: Place all ingredients in bowl and beat with wire egg whip until very stiff. Fill puffs with this mixture.

ICING: Crush berries with a little sugar and lemon juice. Let stand until juicy then mix in gradually the powdered sugar. Spread on top of each puff. Makes 20 puffs.
