WHISKEY BALLS 
1 box vanilla wafers, crushed
1/3 c. sugar
Pinch of salt
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
Whiskey to taste (1 oz.)
1 c. chopped walnuts
1/2 c. chopped maraschino cherries
Condensed Eagle Brand milk to moisten

Mix all ingredients together and roll in small balls with confectioners' sugar. Put in an airtight container lined with wax paper for 2 or more weeks. Store in a dark place.

NOTE: Longer stored better taste. Great for Christmas candy.
