FISH CHOWDER 
Frozen peas, cooked and drained
1 c. grated cheese
1 stick butter
6 tbsp. flour (if doubling recipe, use 3/4 c. flour)
2 c. milk
2 c. water
1 pkg. country vegetable soup
1 lb. cubed fish

Make gravy with butter, flour, milk and water. Add country vegetable soup; add cheese and fish and 1/2 teaspoon salt. Cook 5 to 6 minutes until fish is done. Add cooked peas and let heat through.
