FRESH FRUIT DIP 
1 (8 oz.) pkg. of cream cheese at room temperature
1 (7 oz.) jar or 1 c. marshamallow cream
1 tsp. ground ginger
1 tbsp. orange peel

Using mixer, mix ingredients together. Keeps for 2 to 3 weeks in refrigerator. This is especially good with Granny Smith apple slices.
