GERMAN POTATO SALAD 
10 to 12 med. potatoes
1 lg. onion
1/3 lb. bacon
1/2 c. green or red bell peppers
Salt & pepper
2 hard-boiled eggs
1 tbsp. flour
1 c. cider vinegar

Fry bacon until crisp, remove from pan. Fry chopped onions and peppers in bacon grease until soft, add flour to thicken, then add 1 cup cider vinegar. When mixture is thick remove from heat. Combine all ingredients plus 2 hard-boiled eggs, chopped. Salt and pepper to taste.
