RICE AND NOODLE RISOTTO 
2 tbsp. butter
1/4 c. chopped onion
1/4 c. chopped green pepper
1 pouch Campbell's dry noodle soup mix
2 c. water
2/3 c. uncooked long grain white rice

In a 2 quart saucepan, melt butter and add onion and green pepper. Cook until tender. Add soup mix, water and rice. Bring to a boil; reduce heat to low and simmer 20 minutes or until rice is tender. Yields 6 servings.
