CRACKLE CRUNCH 
3 c. popcorn, popped
1 qt. bite-size Chex
1 c. pecan chunks
1 c. packed brown sugar
1/2 c. butter
1/4 c. white corn syrup
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. baking soda

Place first 3 ingredients in large pan. Combine -ed items in saucepan and boil 5 minutes. Remove from heat; add baking soda. Stir quickly. Pour over popcorn mixture. Mix lightly until well coated. Spread onto two 15 1/2 x 10 1/2 inch pans. Bake at 250 degrees for 40 minutes, stirring occasionally. Cool. Break apart and serve. Makes 4 quarts.
