COUNTRY STEAK 
4 lb. lean ground beef
2 tsp. salt
1 c. flour
1 can beef gravy

Sprinkle half of flour and salt into pan. Pat hamburger into pan evenly. Put remaining flour and salt on top. Pat until almost all flour is gone. Bake 20 minutes at 400 degrees. Take out, pour can of beef gravy over it. Bake 20 minutes more. Cut into steaks and serve.
