CLASSIC LASAGNE 
1 lb. ground beef
1 (6 oz.) can tomato paste
1 garlic clove, minced
3/4 tsp. oregano leaves
8 oz. lasagne noodles, cooked and drained
1 lb. ricotta or cottage cheese
1/2 c. (2 oz.) grated Parmesan cheese
1/2 c. chopped onion
1 1/2 c. water
2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
2 (6 oz.) pkg. natural low moisture part-skim Mozzarella cheese slices

Brown meat. Drain. Add onion. Cook until tender. Stir in tomato paste, water, garlic, and seasonings. Simmer covered for 30 minutes. Layer half of noodles, meat sauce, ricotta cheese, and Mozzarella cheese in 11 3/4 x 7 1/2 inch baking dish. Repeat layers. Top with Parmesan cheese. Bake at 375 degrees for 30 minutes. Let stand for 10 minutes before serving. 6-8 servings.

r CORNED BEEF CASSEROLE

1 pkg. cooked noodles
1/4 lb. melted cheese
Onion to taste
1 can corned beef, crumbled
1 can cream of celery soup
1 soup can milk

Combine all ingredients. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
